Aston Villa have confirmed that Aaron Tshibola will be leaving the club on a temporary basis to head to Milton Keynes and Robbie Neilson’s MK Dons.
The Dons are currently plying their trade in League One and ‘Tish’ will look to get some serious minutes for MK Dons as he looks to make a name for himself after a so-so spell with Villa so far. Villa’s official story follows:
Tshibola will spend the 2017/18 campaign in League One with the Dons and will link up with manager Robbie Neilson.
Tshibola joined Villa in July 2016 from Reading and made nine appearances in claret and blue, scoring one goal in the 1-1 home draw with Newcastle United.
The 22-year-old was loaned out to Nottingham Forest in January 2017 for the remainder of the campaign and will now head to Stadium MK for the whole of this coming season.
Tshibola didn’t make much of an impression for Villa and surprisingly left to Nottingham Forest on a loan last season. This might herald a permanent transfer in the near future.
