Jack Grealish issues anti-come-and-get-me plea to Tottenham

Do one, Tottenham says Jack Grealish - almost.

After drinking his way up from London after captaining his boyhood team to promotion, it would seem that Aston Villa will enjoy seeing Jack Grealish lead the team out for at least another season.

According to Sky Sports, Jack Grealish will turn down any offer from Tottenham Hotspur this summer.

After Villa held off a trio of bids from Spurs last season, Grealish has seemingly turned his back on a move to the upper echelons of the Premier League. Consider this the anti-come-and-get-me plea. Consider this a restraining order.

Consider this another year of Captain Jack.

While promotion was the key to keeping Grealish at the Villa, there was no guarantee that he'd stay if the club faced bids. This report, paired with earlier news of Villa's defiance in the face of prospective bids for Grealish now paints a full and enjoyable picture; that Villa's boy wonder is here to fight for the club.

As if that wasn't obvious, anyway.
