2019 thus far has not been a kind year to Aston Villa FC. After a debilitating draw with QPR, Villa endured a FA Cup pummelling by Swansea City before enduring a humiliating defeat after heading up north to face Wigan Athletic.
It’s about time Villa and Head Coach Dean Smith turned that around - and to do so, they’ll need to beat Hull City - one of European football’s most in-form sides. A number of consecutive wins have buoyed Hull City into the play-off picture. Villa will need to overturn Hull’s run of form, and create one of their own to get their season back on track.
