It’s time for Villa’s final pre-season game of the summer. After 5pm today, Villa’s next matchup will be against Hull City in the league. It’s all rather exciting isn’t it?
After a droll performance against West Ham United that saw former Villan Rob Snodgrass bag a classy goal before heading over to the Villa faithful to thank them for their support, Aston Villa will likely line up in the closest approximation to their first-team setup in this final warm-up match.
This means there’s possibly more to learn from this game than any that have come before. And hey, while results don’t matter at all during this stage, it’d be grand to see Villa go at this game like it matters. That’s the only way we’ll see facts.
Thanks to Villa’s media team as well, you’ll be able to stream the game on YouTube. You can actually watch it on this page, below - if you fancy it. Enjoy the day and enjoy watching Villa again. It all starts here. Feel free to comment below!
