A loss just before Christmas feels like it has derailed a lot for Aston Villa’s automatic promotion hopes, and it’s going to be one hell of an effort from here on out. Leeds United gave Villa a knockout blow, and now Villa will have to pick themselves up.
They head across to Wales now in the hope that they can turn over Swansea, a side reeling from a big loss themselves. It’d be the perfect Holiday gift for either team if they can manage it.
A big thanks to Bennett Berry for creating all of our match-day images throughout the season. Give him a follow.
