Villa are heading to Derby on the back of a home win over Bolton Wanderers thanks to a Friday night goal from Jack Grealish that was followed up a thumping James Chester header.
It feels very nice - and it feels very good - but could Villa be brought back to earth by Frank Lampard and his newly formed Frank Lampard FC?
Derby County have came on a fair bit since Gary Rowett left for Stoke and misery in the Summer. Lampard has hit the ground running and his ideas seem to be working at Derby. Good for them.
Now, Villa head to Pride Park eyeing a positive result over one of the more positive sides n the league.
A big thanks to Bennett Berry for creating all of our match-day images throughout the season. Give him a follow.
