Aston Villa are coming out of a weekend hangover ready(?) to play Garry Monk’s Middlesbrough.
Boro aren’t doing that much better than Villa, but come to Birmingham with a confident and well-managed team. After Villa made Brentford look like the home side on the weekend, there’s a lot to worry about if you are a Villa fan.
However, if one thing is true about Steve Bruce teams, it’s that they usually show up when they are not expected to. Expect something, but try to expect the opposite of what you are currently expecting right now. Got it? Ok. Also, Jonathan Kodjia might be back. Yay.
