After coming home with the Cup of Traditions - Aston Villa will play Watford in their final pre-season game before the start of the 2017/18. In part, it’s to complete the pre-season preparations for both teams, but it will also be held in memory of a former club legend for both teams.

Graham Taylor passed away on the 12th of January, earlier in the year. To remember the great man, two of his former clubs - Aston Villa and Watford will meet in a testimonial with the proceeds going to various charities.

It’s still serious football though, and you can expect to see John Terry, Glenn Whelan and Ahmed Elmohamady line up for the Villa.
