Captain obvious here with the obvious news that Aston Villa’s match with Birmingham City to be played at Villa Park on Sunday the 11th of February will be televised on Sky Sports, and ESPN in the States.
This means that the game won’t be on AVTV for people watching overseas. You should be able to listen in on AVTV though.
Because of the game’s early kick-off of 12pm (it’s to stop people drinking but you don’t exactly combust if you down a pint before 3pm, so how it stops people drinking I have no idea, but there you go) it was likely that the game would play out on TV anyway, but now we have official confirmation of that!
The first match in this particular fixture finished at 0-0, with Keinan Davis hitting the bar and Jota screwing up a golden chance against Sam Johnstone. Let us hope that this next match, on TV again, will be a little more exciting.
Villa will be televised today against Sheffield United and again on the 26th when they visit Brentford.
