Alright, two losses in a row. It’s been a while since that happened. Granted, they came in different competitions, but successive defeats to Cardiff City and Tottenham Hotspur do not feel good. So let’s turn things around today, eh?

With all of the teams who are playing each other above Aston Villa, today’s match against Wolverhampton Wanderers represents a stellar opportunity for the claret and blue to move up the table a bit with a win. I’ll let Alex explain the important details, but the tl;dr version is: a win could be particularly huge today.

So let’s get that win, Aston Villa.
