Growing up in the 00’s, you couldn’t get away from Thierry Henry. The magical, legendary forward danced his way through defences with agility, flair, toughness and guile that made the fact he could finish a ball an absolute bonus.
Maybe Villa have someone who can emulate the mercurial Frenchman in Rushian Hepburn-Murphy.
Making his debut for Villa a few years ago as a 16 year old, Rushian Hepburn-Murphy has lit up the scene at a youth level for Aston Villa and will be looking to push Jordan Ayew for a place in Villa’s striking department this year. Hepburn-Murphy is the very definition of electric and whilst he won’t feature heavily for Villa’s first team at all this year, you’d at least expect him to break his duck for the Villan’s with a first senior goal.
He’s beloved by the club, adored by the fans and respected by the players. I’m not sure how you can quantify Hepburn-Murphy’s ability, but put it this way - he’s got that certain je ne sais quoi.
