Everyone was settling in to watch/listening to the Bristol City match and Villa decided to capitalize on the excitement by announcing a transfer.

Nope. Not a player in.

The defender that picked Aston Villa over Chelsea is heading back to Denmark. He came in three years ago to all kinds of promise and praise. Don’t believe me? 7500 was excited. Injuries, manager changes, Villa playing like Villa, not being picked, bad luck, refusing to sit on the bench, lack of work on the training pitch — take your pick. There is no doubt that is career has been hurt by going to Villa and that is sad.

Still a transfer is probably the best for both sides. And likely means either Lescott or Richards has to stay to cover center back (pending other transfers).

Good luck Jores.
