Another day, another suspension for Gabby Agbonlahor

One day I'm going to wake up to some good news coming out of Aston Villa. It isn't today.

The club have suspended Gabby Agbonlahor. Again. This time he has been suspended pending an investigation into his conduct this weekend. The full statement reads:

Aston Villa Football Club has today suspended Gabby Agbonlahor pending an internal investigation.

This is following allegations concerning his conduct at the weekend.

There will be no further comment from the Club in relation to this matter until the investigation has been completed.

This, of course, is Gabby's second suspension this season, and his second suspension THIS MONTH, having already been given a slap on the wrist for his international break escapades in Dubai. But that's not all folks, just last week Gabby got put on a personal fitness regime, fat camp, if you will, because we're nine months into the season and he can't maintain the fitness of a Premier League footballer. Perhaps his lifestyle is playing a part in that?

Personally, I hope that Gabby is in breach of his contract somehow and that the club terminates his contract. He is a walking cannonball of bad PR, on £60,000 a week, he brings nothing to the playing team, and he's demonstrated time and time again that he doesn't care about the club, or the fans. Don't get angry at Gabby folks, it's not worth your energy.
