Amid much speculation, it seems like the Aston Villa hierarchy have finally found an appropriate choice for the manager role. On Tuesday evening (in England), owner Dr. Tony Xia tweeted that the new boss will be announced tomorrow.
Scheduled to announce the new manager tomorrow! Time for all to stand together and back the team! Believe we've made the best try! #UTV

All signs point to Steve Bruce taking over, and he certainly has a proven track record in the Championship, but he (or whomever the new manager ends up being) has his work cut out for him. With just 10 points (and ONE win!) from 11 matches, Villa sit 19th in the Championship, closer to the opposite end of the table than Xia envisioned when he purchased the club.
With players returning from international duty tomorrow, the new boss will have two days of training with the squad before Saturday’s match against Wolves at Villa Park.
Are you happy with Bruce, or do you think Villa should go with a different name? Let us know in the comments!
