Liverpool vs. Aston Villa 2015: Live stream, TV schedule and team news

As Aston Villa travel to Anfield to face Liverpool we've got everything you need to follow along with the big match.

Bennett Berry

Aston Villa are headed north to try and gain some semblance of momentum in a season that has, up to this point, been largely disappointing. I don't think anyone thought that Tim Sherwood's great experiment would be the holder of a 1-1-4 record after one of the easiest starts to a season imaginable.

But neither did many expect that Liverpool would have an only slightly better 2-2-2 record bolstered by only four goals. Not after they spent more than £65 million this summer. Not after they brought in Christian Benteke and Roberto Firmino. They are a team who should be much better than they have been thus far.

So it's a battle of the underachievers today. If there is any good news for Aston Villa, it's that they have not lost at Anfield since 2010. And a draw today would probably be a fine result. A win, while hardly expected, would be even better. And we've got everything you need to follow along with the match below. While you wait for kickoff, why not look through all of our coverage of today's tilt here?
