The Birmingham Mail has reported that Villa's Chris Herd will today complete a loan move to Wigan that will surely mean the end of his Aston Villa career, considering that the Australian's contract is up in July. There's been no talk or rumour of a renewal and it would be a surprise if he was signed back to the club now.
