Going to bed after the Greece-Japan match means that my last memories of the World Cup are of dull, interminable, boring football. Please fix that today, exciting teams. Though the Honduras-Ecuador tilt to end today's action doesn't look all that promising.
For Villa fans, the big question today is whether or not our newest signing, Philippe Senderos, sees the pitch for Switzerland. It seems pretty unlikely, but the World Cup is nothing if not surprising!
The matches

The World Cup Wrap-Up
Each day during the World Cup, our very own Jack Grimse is hosting the World Cup Wrap-Up on KRNU radio. You can listen live tomorrow morning at 8 AM Central time (2 PM UK time) by going here and clicking on KRNU2. And below you’ll find this morning’s episode!
Any Villa players involved?
Well, that depends. Do you count being on the bench as being involved? If so, then the answer is yes! Philippe Senderos will be a part of the Switzerland team that plays France today, but I sort of doubt that we end up seeing him take the pitch. We'll just have to wait a bit longer to make our first post-signing impressions, I guess.
How do I watch these games?
In the UK you can use ITV or the ITV player online. In the US it's ESPN in English and Univision in Spanish, and both have online streaming platforms, while our Canadian friends have CBC and the CBC Sports player. If you live elsewhere, check LiveSoccerTV for listings in your country.
