Despite streak, Villa in good position with Benteke return

We're back with another episode of the Holtecast! We've got reaction to the 0-2 loss to City, a look at the international break, a bit of Women's World Cup, and more!

Ian Walton

Jack and Robert return for another week of thrilling Aston Villa news, commentary, and discussion. Heading into the international break (in which Fabian Delph, Brad Guzan, Jores Okore, Ciaran Clark, Alan Hutton, and more will be featuring!) Villa are coming off of three consecutive losses. 0-3 to Arsenal, 3-0 to Chelsea, and 0-2 to Manchester City.

And the weird thing? That's not really such a terrible record in that stretch. We talk a bit about the latest loss, in which Villa saw a great chance at upset go begging, and take in the state of the team a bit. We've also got the question on everybody nobody's lips: Can Chelsea run the table?

As always, you can watch the video below or just listen to the audio (also below). But if you do that, you'll be missing our lovely faces (and Jack's A+ hair). If you'd like to subscribe to the audio feed, you can do so using iTunes, Stitcher, BlogTalk Radio, or practically any other podcasting service. If you subscribe, you'll get to hear it a day before we put it up on the site. Thanks, as always, for listening!
