Everybody's Happy! (Mostly) - Fan Confidence Poll Week 4

We're back for week 4 of the Fan Confidence Poll. Yep, this has gone on long enough that I'm willing to make this thing a proper noun. Now you know it'll be here all season, no matter how you vote. Mostly because I will never give you a question that reads "How quickly do you want this to go away." Why chance my pride like that when I don't have to?

Last week, I noted that confidence in the team - as indicated by our highly rigorous poll - had trended downward. I assumed this was because the poll I was referencing had occurred before most of Aston Villa's transfer action. I then went on to speculate that we would perhaps see an uptick in the numbers since the transfers had been made and a draw at Newcastle had been secured. And boy oh boy was there an uptick. We actually produced the largest disparity between two week's of data in this poll's illustrious history. Don't believe me? Let's look at the Official 7500 to Holte Fan Confidence Table:

Week Votes Confidence Rating
1 341 3.605
2 110 3.108
3 186 4.011

Somewhere, Randy Lerner is running around shouting, "They love me! They really love me!" and Paul Lambert is just shaking his head.

After a week of essentially nothing, I don't expect this to change much, but that can't stop us from collecting data. So, make sure to give your answer in the poll, and if you'd like feel free to answer

This Week's Question For The Comments: What is your prediction for Villa's match this weekend? Win, loss, draw? Who scores? Do the Villa Park faithful see a vision of God in the skies above the Holte End? Give us any prediction for the match.
