Aston Villa's Secret Santa Exchange

Lost in the fervor (sleep) of Villa's boxing day battle (light jog) against Stoke, was the players taking part in their annual Secret Santa exchange. Many of the players were happy to not have Ash Young in the draw, as he always gave 7x11 glossies of himself. And, in retrospect, I think Stiliyan Petrov giving Stewart Downing that Liverpool shirt last year was a bad idea.

But the players were excited to give and receive their presents.

Ciaran Clark gave Gabby Agbonlahor directions to his nearest anonymous clinic.

Fabian Delph gave Barry Bannan a dvd of "The Hangover Part 2". They did the drawing a while ago.

Richard Dunne got Jermaine Jenas FIFA 12 for PS3. But since Jenas isn't around, it is now the property of Andy Marshall.

Marc Albrighton was going to get Stan Petrov a paintball gun, but they were worried about the distance he'd try and shoot it from.

Stephen Ireland gave Alex McLeish a note that said "PLEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASE".

Ellis Deeney gave Ebby Nelson-Addy his chimney sweep equipment.

Emile Heskey gave Isiah Osbourne a wine rack, because he forgot Osbourne left the club.

I gave Alan Hutton a bottle of water, and uncuffed one of his hands.

Jean Makoun gave Enda Stevens a warning.
