Jack Grealish injured by horror-tackle while playing for Notts County

Michael Steele

In Saturday's League One match between Notts County and Stevenage, Jack Grealish was injured by a reckless tackle and had to be subbed off.

Grealish, who had just extended his loan with Notts County until the end of the season this past Thursday, seemed to be upbeat on Twitter despite being injured by this particularly nasty tackle.  Grealish posted this Vine video on his Twitter page with the caption: "Tackle wasn't intentional nopeeee. Ah well it's gone now. Hopefully be fit again soon! Good luck 2 Stevenage in rest of the season :)"

Hopefully he will be playing again soon, as Notts County just moved out of the relegation zone with their win and need him in their team to help stave off the drop.  More importantly, it would be nice to see him develop and have a chance at playing for the senior Villa squad next season.
